Jen Wren completed her 200hr YTT in Hatha Yoga February 2018 and went on to complete her pregnancy yoga (85hr YTT) in May 2018 with Sally Parkes.  Following that she undertook 100hr advanced YTT and advanced post natal training

As a full time qualified nurse with 15 yrs experience in many areas including a vascular nurse specialist, she has always had a very nurturing nature which is expressed through her yoga practice and teaching.

Practicing for over 9yrs her love for yoga deepened 5yrs ago and has taken her through many levels physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Jen has a very relaxed, fun and engaging style of teaching and loves to offer students, especially during pregnancy, a safe space to explore their own Self and deeply connect to their baby on their path in yoga.

Jen says “For me every day is a school day when it comes to yoga, so much to learn but a lifetime to explore it and I believe so much in a balanced approach to life”

We are welcoming Jen to teach Pregnancy Yoga starting in early 2022.
