Beginner Flow Yoga with Holly
Embark on your flow yoga journey as a beginner with a nurturing and informative teacher in this enlivening morning class, where you begin where you are and you do what you can.
Through postures (asana), meditation and breathing techniques (pranayama) you will explore how to take on the world. Marrying breath and movement you will be guided to steadily flow, using postures to connect with yourself, to connect with your truth and investigate how you take on the day to day. Sessions also give a space for stillness and relaxation in our busy world.
Holly hopes to challenge you to consider how you can honour yourself more, plus have concepts to take away, so you are able to continue to practice your yoga, your way, off the mat.
Anyone who wants a recording of the class, if you cannot make the livestream, should book an online space and tick the recording box on the form. You will receive a link to the recording valid for 5 days 24 hours after the class.

What to expect
You will be lead through the fundamentals of Yoga. Each week a series of postures and their alignment principles, you will also be introduced to certain breathing techniques whilst mobilising, stretching and strengthening your body. Expect to leave feeling energised but also relaxed.

They are especially aimed at Complete Beginners & Beginners with less than two years of practice.
