New Moon Luminosity with Samantha
As we approach the darkness of the New Moon, Samantha will guide you in practices promoting stress release, energetic balance and intention setting.
You will explore simple, mindful movements that allow your energy to flow, releasing you from habitual patterns of posture. In the luminosity of the New Moon you can find space to set intentions birthed from your heart’s deepest wish before sinking into supported seated/reclined poses that promote energetic health and flexibility.
The final phase of your energetic reset will be take place within a seven chakra 432Hz crystal bowl sound bath. Encouraging alignment and balance within all energetic points you will complete your journey into bliss with beautiful guided meditations and poetry. Sheer indulgence!
The new moon luminosity invites us to settle our collective energy and turn inwards. In the inner glow provided by this darkness we nurture and nourish our inner gardens and mindfully plant the seeds of intention. This is the time for creating your vision.
Give yourself permission to gently rest here, held in loving compassion, and dream of the abundance to come.
What to expect
You will be encouraged to set intentions that shine a light on areas in your life that will benefit from rebalancing. This will allow you to let go of anything that no longer serves you ready for the new lunar cycle.
Samantha will share mudras, gentle movement, yin, meditations and sound to help you achieve your aims.

What our students say
Brenda CoxI loved the class recording of Sam's class last week. It was easy to follow and the technical side of using it was easy too. I would recommend it to anyone missing your lovely classes.
Jo MurphyI enjoyed the yoga practice very much, a friend had recommended Same Star and I have been following your wonderful advent calendar so wanted to come to a class. Unfortunately, timings, travel distance and cost mean that I won't be a regular attendee, but it was a joy to connect with you, Samantha's knowledge is inspiring.
Anonymous 9I love the space that you have created. It's brilliant to have access to the bolsters, blankets and blocks. The space always feels clean and inviting. Please keep the space minimalist. It's a nice haven away from the frantic outside world! All of the teachers create a really supportive environment where you feel confident to try new things or rest if your practise isn't quite at that level yet. I like to feel challenged physically and see progression week-to-week. I always enjoy the relaxation at the end of the class.
Anonymous 8I love that it is a safe, supportive environment with excellent teaching. The space is always set out beautifully and it feels very relaxing. I like the fact there are plenty of props available to use to help with poses. The classes are extremely well planned and it is clear that much thought goes into each session. I love that individual growth is encouraged and different abilities are supported.
Anonymous 7The space has a calm, lovely vibe and it's fantastic that it is dedicated to yoga. I really appreciate the invitations offered by Samantha to stretch my boundaries and my practice is developing.
Anonymous 6Lovely dedicated well equipped calm ... bliss. I had never experienced restorative yoga before: incredible!
Anonymous 5Its a very welcoming space, it's easily accessible and has a lovely feel. I feel held and safe to be myself in the space. I love the variety of classes and particularly value learning yoga as a 'whole'...the philosophy, pranayama, meditation, chanting etc, as well as the asana practice. I also value the commitment and kindness of the teachers. Just to say thank you for all being you. I love Same Star Yoga and will continue to support in any way I can.
Anonymous 4Samantha is a kind patient teacher who welcomes you.
Anonymous 3It is a sacred space for healing and learning, reflecting and to focus. Classes in good setting and atmosphere is achieved. Yogis have appreciation for all things that make us unique or how to correct postures, with what seems to be a naturally in-tune way of instructing us on a safe and individual level. Having trust that they know what they're really doing is a basis to build my confidence.
Anonymous 2I love the location and the feel. The teachers are so knowledgeable and they all have very different styles. I love the classes at Same Star and have recommended you to everyone I know.
Anonymous 1Thank you for all your hard work creating a wonderful local yoga community
ArmaniI loved my experience last week and was going to start going every week, but due to covid obviously I can’t. I loved the yoga poses, the meditation, the bowls, even the room itself was beautiful. I will definitely come back soon!
