New Moon Luminosity with Samantha
As we approach the darkness of the New Moon, Samantha will guide you in practices promoting stress release and energetic balance.
You will explore simple, mindful movement to allow your energy to flow before sinking into supported seated/reclined poses that promote energetic health and flexibility.
Once you are settled into the glowing candlelight and accompanied by traditional Indian mantra, you will complete your journey into bliss with beautiful guided meditations. Sheer indulgence!
The new moon invites us to settle our collective energy and turn inwards. In this darkness we nurture and nourish our inner gardens and mindfully plant the seeds of intention. This is the time for creating your vision.
Give yourself permission to gently rest here, held in loving compassion, and dream of the abundance to come.
What to expect
You will be encouraged to set intentions that shine a light on areas in your life that will benefit from rebalancing. This will allow you to let go of anything that no longer serves you ready for the new lunar cycle.
Samantha will share mudras, gentle movement, yin, meditations and sound to help you achieve your aims.

It's a nice haven away from the frantic outside world! All of the teachers create a really supportive environment where you feel confident to try new things or rest if your practise isn't quite at that level yet. I like to feel challenged physically and see progression week-to-week. I always enjoy the relaxation at the end of the class.

Anonymous 3It is a sacred space for healing and learning, reflecting and to focus. Classes in good setting and atmosphere is achieved. Yogis have appreciation for all things that make us unique or how to correct postures, with what seems to be a naturally in-tune way of instructing us on a safe and individual level. Having trust that they know what they're really doing is a basis to build my confidence.

ArmaniI loved my experience last week and was going to start going every week, but due to covid obviously I can’t. I loved the yoga poses, the meditation, the bowls, even the room itself was beautiful. I will definitely come back soon!
