yin yang balance yoga class
Yin Yang Balance class with Samantha

Treat yourself with ultimate compassion and begin your Sunday with this Yin Yang Balance class to set you up for a day of wonders!

Our myofascial patterning is formed from our everyday postural habits and creates a framework that informs our maximum range of movement and can potentially restricts our freedom.

Join Samantha for this enlivening and enriching Sunday morning practice as we feel into and release our stuck myofascial patterns. Expect to leave class feeling energised, refreshed and fully resourced.  You’ll be ready for anything!

Thai reflexology workshop with Faye & Samantha

Our feet are considered the foundation of the body.  There are numerous benefits in paying attention to our feet and yet most times we neglect that part of ourselves caring more for the face, the hands, the back etc.

In this workshop, you are guided through a short practice to wake up the energy of the feet followed by guided massage with peppermint foot lotion and Thai reflexology points with your own personal wooden reflexology stick guiding you through the healing significance of these points with the various parts of your body.

Lunch @ Fields Cafe

We are thrilled to invite you to have lunch with us provided by our next door neighbours, Fields Farm Shop & Cafe.

*Do let us know on your booking form if you have dietary requirements.

Restorative Yoga & Crystal Sound bath with Faye & Samantha

Samantha & Faye collaborate to guide you in to restorative poses that kick start the relaxation response to balance the nervous system, optimise energy flow to our vital organs, lift our immune function & enhance the process of digestion, respiration and circulation.

Along with these poses you are serenaded by our crystal singing bowls which restore normal vibratory frequencies to the parts of the body, mind and soul that may be out of harmony to create a soothing practice of deep healing, growth and repair.

Tea Ceremony with Faye & Samantha

Take part in a ceremony honouring the beautiful plant of tea and set intentions around lighting up your life with the energy of Diwali.

Healthy wholefood snacks will also be provided.

*Do let us know on your booking form if you have dietary requirements.

Mandala Art workshop with Joe

You do not need to have a particular artistic ability or a special talent to participate in the art of creation. The goal of this session is to utilise the creative process to help explore self expression and to gain deeper personal insights.

Art is now often used as therapy, a technique rooted in the idea that creative expression can foster healing and mental wellbeing.

The meaning of the word mandala in sanskrit is ‘circle’. Mandalas are spiritual and ritual symbols from the Hindu and Buddhist traditions representing the universe. The beautiful circular designs symbolise the idea that life is never ending and that everything within and around us is connected.

Thank you so much for your wonderful class on Friday (and the links you sent of course!). I loved it and it was beautiful as well as super insightful and touching emotionally. The writing exercise we did has been really revelatory for me and I am setting aside some proper time to also write the letter once I have finished digging the allotment this weekend, which has given me hours yesterday to reflect on all you talked about, so digging both inside and out.
