What to expect from this class
This class begins with open discussion around yoga philosophy & as well as rest, incorporates pranayama (breathing) kriyas (clearing) & meditation practices.
Beyond all the incredible physiological health benefits, Restorative classes create the opportunity to see where you hold habitual tension and enable you to retain a sense of calm through hectic times.
