Join Samantha for a morning class of gentle stretching and a relaxing body scan meditation.
We all experience tightness and restriction in our bodies as we age. Moving into our full range of movement on a regular body helps to counteract this natural contraction and ensure we experience holistic health.
This class will begin with a range of gentle, slow movements and stretches designed to ease the everyday tension we experience. Once every area of the body has been tended too, Samantha will lead the class through a yoga nidra practice, encouraging full relaxation of the body and mind.
Expect to leave the class feeling refreshed and ready to face the day.
What to expect
Gentle, slow stretches encouraging you to feel into your body’s full range of movement.
A trauma-informed body scan meditation that encourages you to fully rest in your body, mind & heart.
Expect to experience a deeper sense of relaxation and letting go than you may have experienced in other yoga classes, with special attention given to subtle sensations and energetic feedback.
What to bring to class
Yoga mat, yoga bricks and/or blocks, a bolster, blankets, cushions.

I'm utilising the option of buying the classes that I would have usually attended or participated online live. This currently fits in with me as I have a full house and no real structure. Buying the classes allows me to fit yoga in where it's possible...and peaceful within my home! Allowing me to feel the full benefit of my yoga time and space without kids or partners stomping though my Savasna! Saying that I'm really looking forward to attending the studio again, as although I am benefiting from these choices in how and when I practice, I do miss the physical connection from Sam and my fellow yogees.
