Every Wednesday join Gaye for 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep) and experience the powerful and magical effect it has on the mind and body through guided breath/body awareness and visualisations.
Recline and soften in Savasana, switch off the mental chatter, and listen to the guided scripts so the mental awareness is carried into the space between waking and sleeping. A place of pure awareness and deep wisdom.

In our busy lives it’s not very often we get the chance to be still and completing let go in both mind and body.
Yoga Nidra offers you a mini retreat, to take the time to deeply rest and reset, soothe the nerves and shift your consciousness into a safe quiet space that is Yoga Nidra.
